Meet Dill, the girl with wild, wild hair. Dill is a joyful young girl who blithely sails through her days until she is unwittingly thrust into the adult world for a much needed haircut. Through her experience, we see that a haircut, although traumatic, can be a positive thing. It's just hair after all!
